The Annual ConsERT Summer Retreat will take place on August 18th and 19th, in Shawnee on the Delaware, PA, with an optional, pre-retreat evening on Sunday August 17th.
The Board is working to create an interesting, informative and fun experience for member presenters, agents, artists, managers, and industry colleagues. Professional development sessions will include a keynote, a variety of sessions, Agents Alley, and lots of time to network!
We will post a preliminary agenda in early Summer, subject to change.
Overnight accommodations need to be reserved and arranged directly with the Shawnee Inn. Rooms will cost $175.49 per night including taxes. Here is the link to book your discounted room. Alternately feel free to call the Inn by July 3rd at 800-742-9633 to book your room. Mention Consortium of Eastern Regional Theater to reserve under our block. You can book for Monday night, or Sunday and Monday nights. Our block of rooms closes on July 3rd, but the Shawnee will extend our special pricing as long as rooms are available.
Registration is available for ConsERT or PA Presenters members only. Please renew for '25 - '26 or join as a new member to register for the retreat.
PRE EVENT
Please join us on Sunday for optional activities such as Golf, Axe Throwing, Tubing, or Canoeing, and an optional pre-retreat group gathering and dinner and be relaxed and ready for the retreat! Participants will be responsible for room, activity, food and drink costs.

EARLY BIRD PRICING

We are returning to the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort in Shawnee on the Delaware, PA. Located just three miles from Interstate 80 and centrally located between Allentown, New York, and Philadelphia, Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is a convenient meeting place.
